Terms of Use
Rules for Minike websites, tools, software, local AI, subscriptions and services.
1. Acceptance and permitted use
By using Minike, you agree to these terms. You may use the services for lawful personal, educational and business purposes while respecting technical limits, third-party rights and applicable rules.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and reviewing actions performed through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. AI, local agents and automations
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. High-risk decisions require qualified human review. Local agents, connectors, terminal actions, macros and external publications require the permissions and confirmations shown in the interface. The user remains responsible for approving actions performed on their computer or business accounts.
4. Files, content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit and grant Minike the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Community skills and third-party tools may have separate licenses.
5. Plans, quotas and billing
Prices, currency, included capacity, renewal period and technical limits are shown before checkout. Paid access, one-time jobs and rewards are released only after server-side confirmation. Taxes and exchange-rate effects may apply.
6. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund requests follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable rights. Contact support with the account and transaction reference; never send passwords or full payment credentials.
7. Availability and changes
Minike may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We aim to preserve customer data and provide notice when practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Minike for malware, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, rights violations, deceptive mass messaging or attempts to bypass security, payment or quota controls.
9. Third parties and governing rules
External AI, payment, messaging, hosting and advertising providers have their own terms. Applicable consumer and privacy rights depend on the user location, service and industry. Disputes should first be sent to support for good-faith resolution.
10. Approved postpaid billing
Postpaid access is optional and requires identity or business verification, a manually approved limit and an accepted contract. Direct customer invoices are due within at most 30 days. Affiliates, developers, merchants and partners may receive up to 90 days when expressly approved; after 30 days overdue, features may be gradually reduced, at 90 days the account may be suspended, and at 120 days the case enters matrix review. Client transfer, project takeover, deletion, collection, reporting or protest actions require document, contract and legal review. Minike does not automatically capitalize interest.
11. Proprietary software, copying and modification
The Minike software, source code, interface, database structure, layouts and content are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law in Brazil and the United States. Copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, decompiling, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing or modifying the code or the platform is prohibited without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized copy, modification, intrusion, hacking, tampering, or any resulting damage, loss or security breach may result in contractual penalties, fines and civil and criminal legal action, without prejudice to full compensation for losses. Except for the mandatory rights that cannot be waived by law, the services are provided "as is" and Minike is not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse or unauthorized changes.
12. Change and adaptation requests
Customizations, adaptations or new features must be requested through official support. Minike reviews the technical and legal feasibility and, when approved, implements the change. Do not alter, patch or redistribute the delivered code yourself; unauthorized changes void warranties and support.
13. Operator, governing law and contact
Operated by 65.138.449 Felipe Gabriel Hugen (MEI), CNPJ 65.138.449/0001-66, Rua Agostinho Valentim do Rosario, 453, Centro, Guaramirim/SC, ZIP 89270-000, Brazil. These terms are governed by Brazilian law (including the Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD); customers in the United States are also covered by the mandatory rules of their applicable state. Consumer disputes may be brought in the consumer's domicile as allowed by law; other disputes in the operator's jurisdiction. Contact: minike@minike.com.br
