Plain-language information for Brazil and the United States about how the Minike ecosystem handles data.

Effective and last reviewed on June 14, 2026.

1. Who operates Minike (data controller)

The Minike ecosystem is operated by 65.138.449 Felipe Gabriel Hugen (sole proprietor / MEI), Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 65.138.449/0001-66, located at Rua Agostinho Valentim do Rosario, 453, Centro, Guaramirim/SC, ZIP 89270-000, Brazil. This is the controller responsible for the personal data processed across the websites, tools, software, local AI and business services. Data Protection Officer / person in charge (encarregado): Felipe Gabriel Hugen. Questions, data-subject requests and DPO contact: minike@minike.com.br.

2. Data and purposes

Depending on the feature, Minike may handle account and contact data, transaction and billing status, support messages, technical logs, security events, usage quotas and files explicitly submitted for processing. We use this data to deliver the requested service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, confirm payments, provide support and improve reliability.

3. Local, browser and server processing

Some tools run only in the browser, some use Minike servers, and Mike Local runs on the customer computer. The interface identifies these contexts where practical. Files and private business data are not sent to an AI provider or external service without an authorized action or configured connector.

4. Cookies, advertising and GPC

Essential cookies support login, security, billing confirmation and preferences. Optional advertising may use third-party providers. Minike honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the saved opt-out preference by disabling optional ads in integrated endpoints. Third-party pages opened by the user have their own terms.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Data is shared only when needed with configured infrastructure, payment, authentication, support, advertising or AI providers, or when required by law. Each provider may process data in another country under its own contract and privacy terms. Minike does not intentionally sell personal data as a standalone data-broker product.

6. Retention and security

Retention depends on the service, legal obligations, dispute prevention and operational need. Minike applies access controls, HTTPS, audit logs, secret separation and data minimization, but no system can promise absolute security. Files submitted to temporary tools should be removed after processing whenever the tool supports it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. California residents may also request to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, without discrimination. Identity verification may be required.

8. Children and high-risk content

Minike is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the legally required parental process. AI answers involving tax, legal, health, financial or safety matters are informational and require qualified human review before decisions.

9. Changes and scope

This notice describes the current technical baseline and is not a certificate that every module is compliant with every law. Requirements vary by country, U.S. state, industry and customer use. Material changes will update the date shown on this page.

10. Billing identity and credit data

When a customer requests postpaid billing, Minike may process CPF, CNPJ or EIN, verified contact and business registration data, contract consent, approved limit, invoices, payment status, restrictions, matrix review events and collection events. Documents and detailed profiles are encrypted at rest. Public CNPJ lookup only assists data entry and does not approve identity or credit. Credit decisions are manually reviewed; U.S. consumer credit remains disabled unless the applicable state and contract have been reviewed. Partner debt history may be preserved for audit, legal defense and contract enforcement, but client transfer, project takeover or deletion requires authorized review.
